Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Flint is a non-profit organization that has been serving Genesee County youth since 1944 through its mission to provide children, primarily from single-parent families, with the friendship of a positive role model.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Flint is an affiliate of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, an expert in mentoring initiatives since 1904. From its national headquarters in Philadelphia, the national organization leads 500 agencies throughout the United States.
